Volunteer Requirements
Our ground crew is the vital backbone of every successful flight day. While no prior aviation or paragliding experience is required, we look for dedicated individuals who are passionate about inclusion, safety, and community service. Volunteers should be comfortable working outdoors, assisting with equipment setup, and helping transport our adaptive flight rigs across the turf.
